Wait...it's January WHAT??

How have I completely missed the last 3 weeks? Good grief the holidays went SO fast. It was a blast hanging out with the family. Christmas Eve was awesome with everyone sharing their talents. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family. My brothers (for those who don't know them) are the MOST fun group of guys you will ever meet. They are each fun on their own, but put all 3 of those guys together and it is an absolute riot. Make sure to bring your Depends...
My 3 youngest siblings are all growing up so fast it's making me feel old. Trina turned 19 in October and Lacey 16 in November and Cody is quickly coming up on 13 in April...it's insane!

We actually have been semi-healthy (knock on wood) for a few weeks. The kids have the runny nose thing going on, but it doesn't seem to affect them at all so I guess they aren't "sick".
I, however have been hit by a massive sinus and ear infection. So fun when it sounds like there is water in your ear all.day.long.
The kids are so fun though, they keep me laughing all day. Here is a video of Maddie rockin' out to High School Muscial 2's "Fabulous". I wish you could hear the music because her beat was spot on, but it's still pretty funny to watch.

Dallin has this awesome talent that we had never seen before. He calls it his eyebrow dance. I will get that on video for you soon.
For the most part, they play well together. Maddie has quite an "I rule the world" attitude and gets VERY upset if things don't go her way. Dallin gets picked on a lot by his dominating little sister.
This picture captures their personalities perfectly. Silly sweet Dallin buddy and stone face Madison.

I just found your blog through Nate and Tricia's. Hope you don't mind me commenting. I really got a good chuckle out of your posts. I'm a mother to two boys. A two and a half(almost three) and an eleven mo. old. Right now my youngest is sick with a fever. I must say that I got a good laugh from your description of when you and your husband were taking care of your sick kids. I don't remember the name of the post. It made me laugh because My husband and I have had some pretty crazy days too. And I must say it's nice to know we are not alone:) I grew up in Colorado. I don't know if you've heard of Gunnison, It's a small mountain town west of Denver. Now I live in Oregon. Feel free to check out my blog! I know my family reads my blog, but just like you, sometimes I feel like I do it just for myself because no one is is reading it:( Such is life:) Well, I better go to bed and try to get some shuteye while I can. Take care, Melissa
